I say light them up! Nuke the whole area and start from scratch (in a few hundred years). That'll teach them.

yes, because heaven forbid other counties have laws and differences from us.
I mean really, the whole world should speak the same language, have the same laws and think the same way.
never mind cultural differences or religion.

he knew what to expect and was told by the consulate be for he left the consequences of traveling in UAE.
Having the respect of other countries customs when traveling in them shouldn't be an inconvieneince, we are guests there not the other way around.
The last guy, who was a youth councilor, was put in jail for 4 years due to a spec of pot wieghting the same amount and size as a grain of sand stuck to the bottom of his shoe.
now thats ridiculious.
I would miss you even if we had never met

You only call her a bitch because she won't let you get that pussy
Maybe she didn't feel y'all shared any similar interests
Or maybe you're just an asshole who couldn't sweet talk a princess

There are still some places in the world where our drug infested culture still isn't welcome (no disrespect intended). I will go to Dubai the moment I think I can afford to stay at the Burj Al Arab.

Then the drug thing becomes a moot point anyway. When you're that rich, you can afford to pay others to carry your drugs for you....

I was watching a story last night about a guy who murdered two First Nations young men about 25 years ago in the US and has been on death row since (he admitted the crime and said he killed them for the thrill of it). Now, Canada is debating whether or not to try to get the man back into the country to protect his rights, even though he committed the crime on American soil. The boy's families have basically threatened to kill the man themselves if he's set free (he would be up for parole if he was sent back to Canada as he's already done his 25 years...)

Basically Harper says he's sending out a message to Canadians (... thanks, Harp), but human rights advocates say that he's not following our established no-death-penalty laws.

Sorry I can't remember the guy's name.

I'm confused, other than a swipe at Harper what point are you trying to get across? And why is it relevant to Grooverider's situation?

Parrallel situations.

A man from our country being jailed/punished in a country with different laws. The interesting question of (knowing our country supposedly strongly opposes the death penalty) if we will do anything to try to give this man treatment according to his status as a Canadian citizen...
So far, we're leaving him to rot. Does this show that somewhere deep down, Canada still holds that same thirst for blood as our gun-happy American friends?

I wasn't actually putting forth an opinion, just thought this current issue was a branch off the topic.

My 'swipe' at Harper wasn't trying to make any point, just a side comment.
